Good evening, I'm on a lifelong journey of healthy rebalancing (and weight loss) (the rebalancing 😉). I have a sensitive digestive system and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (fatty liver disease). This is the first plate I'm sharing. A mix of carrots with thyme and honey, pommes dauphine, and chicken crunchies made in the air fryer. Of course, I don't eat breaded stuff every day. Just for info, I only ate half of the plate, I'm saving the rest for tomorrow. Have a lovely evening everyone.

*Is it suitable for fatty liver and sensitive stomach?*

Yes, in moderation. The key is:
- Not eating breaded/fried food every day
- Using air fryer
- Adding lots of cooked vegetables which help liver function
- Avoiding heavy sauces

This plate is proof that rebalancing doesn't mean restriction. You can still have crunchies and potatoes while taking care of your liver.

*Estimated calories for HALF the plate (what I actually ate): ∼380-420 kcal*

Would you try this lighter version?

Do you want me to write a version adapted for NAFLD - with oven-baked chicken and even less fat?
