Today's lunch plate - not very high in calories: 2 fried eggs, a small portion of rigatoni pasta, and zucchini in tomato sauce. Small treat on the side: Activia blueberry yogurt.

*Title: My Low-Calorie Lunch Idea: Fried Eggs with Zucchini Tomato Sauce and Pasta*

Today I wanted to share my lunch plate. I was looking for something filling but not too heavy on calories, and this combination was perfect.

It's simple, quick, and balanced. You have protein from the eggs, fiber and vitamins from the zucchini, and just enough carbs from the pasta to keep you full until dinner.

*What's on the plate?*

- 2 sunny-side-up fried eggs
- A small portion (about 80g) of rigatoni pasta
- Homemade zucchini stewed in tomato sauce with onion and spices
- A little black pepper on top

*Why I love this combination:*

*1. It's light but satisfying:* The zucchini is very low in calories but rich in water and fiber. The eggs provide high-quality protein that keeps hunger away.

*2. Quick to make:* This took me less than 15 minutes. While the pasta boils, you can sauté the zucchini with tomato sauce in another pan and fry the eggs.
